When is the app available?
Coming soon to iPhone. It is currently in a closed family trial, with no waitlist and no download link yet.
What should I send if I have a problem?
A description of the problem, your iPhone model and iOS version, and a screenshot if it helps. Please don't send your plate number, VIN or ID photos; we don't need them.
Where is my data?
On your phone, and synced through iCloud with the family members you invite only. Details are in the privacy policy.
How do I delete my data?
Deleting cars and visits from inside the app: coming soon. To delete all app data, delete the app from your phone and from iCloud (Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Manage Storage → Dirkson). Exporting your data (CSV and Markdown): coming soon.
Does the AI diagnose faults?
No. It tells you what to check and who should check it, and never claims a diagnosis. Any maintenance or safety decision goes to a qualified technician.
How do I change the look?
There are three looks: Safi, Layl and Tablon. Change it in the app settings, and try them here with the buttons at the top of the page.
